What are the steps?


1. Contact us

During an informal consultation, we take the time to understand your requirements and operational needs. If some aspects of the project are still undecided, our comprehensive checklist can help identify the key considerations before starting a warehouse construction project. This includes the intended functions of the building, project priorities, budget expectations, and many other important factors. If you are uncertain about specific details, we are happy to provide guidance.

2. Technical proposals and quotation

We provide expert advice on the most cost-effective way to construct a building that meets your objectives. For international clients, presentations and consultations can also be conducted in English. If the project requirements have not yet been fully defined, we can prepare an initial cost estimate. Once the specifications are finalised, we provide a detailed quotation. Site visits and consultations are offered free of charge.

3. Contract agreement

Once the quotation has been approved, we enter into a contract covering all aspects of the project execution. This includes the exact technical specifications, project schedule, payment terms, warranty commitments, and all other essential details. Our contracts are designed to ensure clear and transparent conditions for both parties, which we believe forms the foundation of a long-term business relationship.

4. Design and planning

Our design team prepares the building plans based on the consultations and agreed requirements. Visual concepts and renderings help you understand how the completed facility will appear in reality. Should additional requirements or considerations arise during the planning stage, modifications can still be made to the design.

5. Construction works

We manage the full construction process, including obtaining permits, site preparation, manufacturing and procurement of structural components, and delivery to site. The building is then constructed according to the approved plans. Throughout the project, we provide continuous updates on each stage of the works, and progress can also be monitored on-site. We believe in transparency and ongoing communication throughout the entire process.

6. Handover and occupancy

Upon completion, the building undergoes a comprehensive quality assurance inspection. Once everything has been approved, the facility is handed over together with all required permits and certifications, allowing occupancy and operations to begin. One year after handover, we carry out a complimentary warranty inspection as part of our aftercare commitment.
