The construction price of the example hall can be adjusted according to client needs by scaling the size and technical specifications up or down. We undertake the construction of prefabricated halls from 100 sq m up to several thousand sq m.
Specifications of the hall:
- Function: manufacturing, warehousing, office functions
- Total area: 820 sq m (comprising 646 sq m of manufacturing and warehouse space, and 174 sq m of office and staff amenities)
- Staff capacity: 12 people (3 in the warehouse area, 9 in the office area)
- Offices and staff amenities are arranged across two levels
- Two office spaces, both located on the upper floor, adjacent to a 26 sq m meeting room
- Additional rooms: kitchenette, dining area, four toilets, two showers, two changing rooms, janitorial closet
- Heating and air conditioning: two industrial heat pump units with ceiling and wall-mounted air diffusers
- Mains water and drainage, three-phase industrial electricity, fibre-optic internet
LED lighting throughout all areas - 12 cm thick energy-efficient sandwich panel wall cladding with PIR foam insulation
- Basic fire protection (fire-retardant coating on the steel structure and the fire resistance rating of the PIR foam)

In addition to the construction work, we can also assist with the following (note: these are not included in the core construction cost):
- Building plots (we can recommend plots 25 minutes from the centre of Budapest in the Martonvásár Innovation Park, priced between HUF 34,000 and HUF 37,000 + VAT / sq m).
- Design and planning (the design phase, including managing the entire permitting process, is typically available for between HUF 3–4 million).
- Landscaping and car park construction (this depends heavily on client requirements, but a landscaped environment with a 10-space block-paved car park is typically available for between HUF 8–10 million).
Prices may be affected by current market fluctuations in material costs.
Payment is made in stages, aligned with the progress of each construction phase.
We provide a free warranty inspection of the building 1 year after handover.
For construction periods spanning the winter season, an additional 1.5-month buffer should be allowed due to weather conditions.
